At Curiosity Shelf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we make it easy to return items and process refunds.

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted. The return date is determined by when we receive your return request, not the postmark date.

4. How to Return an Item

Step 1: Request Authorization

We will provide you with a return shipping address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your RMA number in the return package.

Once an order has shipped, you cannot cancel it. You may initiate a return following this policy.
